How do I return an item?

Return Policy

Cosmelanproducts.com authentically ensures the purity and quality of our product line. Customers may request a product exchange, credit card refund or refund check for products returned due to allergy or product damaged in shipment. We do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed.

If the item you wish to return was purchased directly from our web site in the last 21 days then you may send the product back to us for refund or exchange. Products that have expired are not eligible for refund or replacement. We do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed. We do not accept products that have been used or opened!

Please include the following with your return:

· Reason for return

· Customer Number, Name, Shipping Address, Billing Address and Phone Number

· Let us know if you would like a replacement of the same product or if you would like the credit amount applied to an order of another item and we will be happy to process that order once we receive your return.

· If you are requesting a refund check, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing and mailing of the check

Please include the following with your return:

· Dated sales receipt, invoice or other proof of purchase

· Reason for return

· Name, Address and Phone Number.

· If you prefer a credit card refund, a dated sales receipt, invoice or other proof of purchase is required. If you are unable to provide a dated proof of purchase, we are happy to offer a credit towards the purchase of a replacement product or another product.
